Whether you purchased the wrong tool or changed your mind about a hide, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your projects.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

• 2.
  Obtain Authorization

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local retail store to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
